Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Framique (framique.in) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or place an order with us. Framique is an online store for handcrafted photo frames, wall art, and gifts, operated from Rajasthan, India, and currently ships and sells only within India.

By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, along with some information automatically as you use our site.

• Account and order details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order history when you create an account or place an order.
• Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, and message when you write to us through the Contact page.
• Comments and reviews: the content you submit, your IP address, and browser information, used to help detect spam.
• Cookies and usage data: cart contents, login sessions, and general browsing behavior on our site.
• Payment information: we do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking details. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and deliver your orders, and keep you updated on their status
• Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or email
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and, if you opt in, newsletters about new designs and offers
• Improve our website, products, and customer experience
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our services

Payments

All online payments on framique.in, including UPI, cards, and netbanking, are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. When you make a payment, your card and banking details are submitted directly and securely to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. Razorpay's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no online payment information is collected.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart contents saved, keep you logged into your account, and remember your display preferences. If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in a cookie for your convenience on future visits, which lasts one year.

Login cookies last two days, or two weeks if you select "Remember Me". Screen option cookies last one year. If you log out of your account, login cookies are removed.

Who we share your data with

We share your information only where necessary to run our store:

• Razorpay, to securely process payments
• Delivery and courier partners, to ship your order to you
• Our email service provider, to send order and account related emails
• If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email for security purposes

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we retain your data

We retain order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you create an account, your profile information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognized automatically.

Your rights

You can view, update, or delete your account details at any time from My Account. You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to erase it, by writing to us at support@framique.in. This does not apply to data we are required to keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including secure payment processing through Razorpay and encrypted connections across our website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry standard practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
