About Framique

Framique is an online store for handcrafted photo frames, wall art, and gifts, operated from Rajasthan, India. We currently accept orders and ship exclusively within India.

Eligibility

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old, or place the order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Products & pricing

Every product on Framique is handcrafted, so minor variations in color, texture, or finish between the product photos and the item you receive are normal and are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability of products at any time without prior notice. Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error; if this happens, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Cash on Delivery is available in select areas. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

Shipping

We ship across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines, shipping charges, and free shipping thresholds are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or regional disruptions.

Cancellations & returns

If you wish to cancel or return an order, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for eligibility, timelines, and the process to follow. Since many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, some items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Intellectual property

All content on framique.in, including our logo, product photography, designs, and written content, is the property of Framique and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Your account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@framique.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the normal operation of our website or services.

Limitation of liability

Framique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including delays caused by third-party couriers or payment providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
